Next Ms. Kinkus acted as Practice Manager at the Gateway Medical Group; and later she was Director for the Pathology Department at Magee – Womens Hospital, where she managed 20 faculty members, 100 FTE’s, and an operating budget of $13 million.
Today, Ms. Kinkus is Director at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She manages a staggering budget of $52 million and oversees a staff of more than 350 employees. Suffice to say, she has built a reputation as one of the most trusted figures in health management.
